Live Session Recordings & Media Release:

I acknowledge that all live coaching and training sessions are recorded, saved, and made available as replays for enrolled participants. I understand and agree that Flow60 LLC may use excerpts from these sessions—including video, audio, or text—for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. By participating in the live sessions, I give Flow60 LLC the right to use any contributions I make during these recordings as part of its public-facing content.

Liability Waiver:

I release Flow60 LLC from any liability related to my participation in a Flow60 online/in-person training program. I understand that participating in physical activities involves inherent risks. I hereby release Mike Chang and his team from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of this program. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.

14-Day Refund Policy:

• If you wish to discontinue your participation in the program, contact our customer support team as soon as possible by emailing support@flow60.com.
• Refund requests must be sent directly to support@flow60.com within 14 days from the day you enroll to be eligible for a refund. Other methods of refund requests will not be accepted.
• No refunds will be issued after 14 days of enrolling in the program. A credit may be applied to a program at a future date within one year of the original enrollment date.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
